Our partnership with Cartus reflects the importance of consistent service, proactive communication, and finding solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs.
To support Cartus shipments, New World provides dedicated Premier support, including experienced Move Coordinators and on-site operational oversight. Our Quality Control Management Team uses tools and systems to help identify potential service issues, coordinate communications, and support timely resolution throughout the move lifecycle.
Technology also plays an important role in our ability to deliver reliable service. Our proprietary logistics platform helps optimize routing, balance capacity, and coordinate resources, supporting consistent shipment execution, even during peak seasons. We also remain committed to strengthening our cybersecurity and data protection practices to safeguard the sensitive information entrusted to us.
Going Above and Beyond for Our Customers
The impact of this commitment is reflected in the feedback we receive from our partners. While submitting an award nomination, Cartus Supply Chain Management Manager Kristine Coccaro recently highlighted an especially complex, highly confidential move involving New World with more than six trucks, over 100,000 pounds of household goods, and three separate destinations.
The New World team coordinated work across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, collaborating closely with other suppliers and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. From household goods to unique and specialized items, the team carefully managed the logistics to ensure everything reached the correct destination, with no reported damage and no boxes misplaced between destinations.
